You make lemonade of course! There is nothing like fresh squeezed lemonade, but there are so many other goodies that we love to make with the lemons from our tree. We have collected a variety of recipes to use up our lemons during this time of year. These are some of our favorites:

• Lemon Bars

In addition to making these treats, we also freeze the lemon juice so we can enjoy it all year long! We freeze the juice in ice cube trays and once frozen, pop the cubes into a ziplock bag. This way it is easy to store in your freezer in a measured quantity, and it also frees up your ice cube trays.
